岗位职责

  • Created and managed 3D structural models (beams, columns, slabs, foundations) using Revit / AutoCAD, ensuring accuracy with design and construction requirements.
  • Prepared fabrication and shop drawings, including GA drawings, connection details, and coordination layouts for site execution.
  • Conducted clash detection and coordination with architectural, MEP, and structural disciplines to resolve design conflicts early.
  • Extracted quantities, schedules, and material lists directly from BIM models to support estimation and procurement teams.
  • Ensured BIM deliverables complied with company standards, project specifications, and client BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
  • Assisted project teams with model updates and revisions, maintaining version control and proper documentation.
  • Collaborated with engineers, consultants, and site teams to provide technical drawing support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Supported design reviews and coordination meetings, presenting 3D models for stakeholder understanding and decision-making.
