Purpose and Scope
The Civil & Structural Engineer place an integral role in the planning, construction and coordination of building projects. Typically involved in monitoring construction progress, adherence to safety regulations and managing projects within budgets and time lines.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for project planning to ensure smooth execution and completion of works
- Site supervision of works
- Coordination of civil structural, architectural, mechanical and electrical, , external works, including temporary works with Client, Consultant, Subcontractors & Vendors
- Review all design, construction and shopdrawings
- Prepare minutes of meeting, submit RFIs, material & shopdrawing submissions, Progress Report, Work Schedules, daily reports, etc
- Ensure works are carried-out safely on site
- Prepare and check works according to Company's 3-in-1 management system procedures
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
- With Construction Safety Course for Project Managers
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Basic AutoCad
- Only Singaporean
