MYFutureJobs are currently assisting SINGDA SUPERALLOY (M) SDN.BHD in identifying a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead their business growth in Johor.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute annual and monthly marketing and sales plans aligned with corporate objectives.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and new product opportunities.
- Brand Growth: Plan and lead promotional activities, brand awareness initiatives, and industry-specific exhibitions/forums.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain high-level relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure long-term business retention.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of the marketing and sales team to foster a high-performance culture.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate closely with the sales department to refine customer engagement activities and optimize internal processes.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or Marketing Analysis.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of industry-related experience, with at least 2 years in a dedicated management/leadership role.
- Competencies: Strong negotiation, interpersonal communication, and organizational coordination skills.
- Attributes: Proactive, honest, and capable of performing under pressure with a high degree of confidentiality.
- Location: Ability to work on-site at Permas Jaya / Tanjung Langsat.
