Major Duties & Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing letters, their registration in designated file or system and their filing in designated folder or system.
Handle and control invoices, register invoices in the designated file or system and update them properly and timely, communicate with the relevant departments and contractors.
Support IT & Data Management Executive for incoming and outgoing technical data by DHL or E-mail.
Arrange business travel and home leave, including reservation of air ticket, hotel, etc. also prepare business travel application form and expense settlement.
Arrange meetings, appointments, and welcome and treat guests.
File digital and physical documents in designated folder or system.
Transports confidential materials, when necessary, from location to location and help clearing cheque based on request from the supervisor.
Support Secretary to GM and Admin HR to plan, coordinate and implement special internal & external events, such as CSR, anniversary, team building, to make such event a grand success.
Answer to phone calls to the KL office and deal with or transfer them to the relevant staff.
