This is a full-time remote role for an Instructor at the Alumni Cell, NIT Patna. The Instructor will develop and deliver educational content, moderate discussions between students and alumni, and facilitate workshops or webinars on topics related to academic growth and career opportunities. Responsibilities also include maintaining online engagement and curating content for consistent communication with the alumni network.

• Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
• Content creation abilities, including content writing, editing, and proofreading
• Facilitation skills to moderate discussions and lead workshops or webinars
• Organizational and project management skills to oversee events and initiatives
• Proficiency in using digital communication platforms and tools
• Ability to engage effectively with students and alumni of diverse professional backgrounds
• Bachelor’s degree in education, communications, or a related field
• Experience in student engagement or alumni relations is a plus
