Job Description

Responsibilities

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Daily Operations Management:
    a) Support – Assist in coordinating daily management operations under supervision of senior management;
    b) Safety & Compliance – Assist in maintaining a safe, secure and legal work environment in accordance with workplace regulations;
    c) Quality Assurance – Support in meeting customer expectations in terms of quality, production, and delivery standards;
    d) Customer Service – Assist in responding to customer complaints and inquiries efficiently and accurately.

  2. Schedule Coordination & Team Support:
    a) Help organize and coordinate shift schedules to ensure smooth operations;
    b) Provide input on team performance to management for productivity improvement;
    c) Monitor daily workflow and report operational issues to management;

  3. Training & Development:
    a) Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance operational knowledge;
    b) Assist in onboarding new team members on operational procedures;
    c) Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

  4. Communication & Reporting:
    a) Liaise between operational staff and management;
    b) Monitor operational performance and provide feedback to immediate supervisors;
    c) Ensure alignment with company operational standards and procedures.

  5. To carry out additional responsibilities when assigned by managers or immediate supervisors.

QUALIFICATIONS

Diploma, Technical Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND SKILLSETS

Related Experience:

  1. Area – Operations, Production, Customer Service, or Supervisory roles

  2. Years of Experience – 2 years minimum in a supervisory or technical support role

Required Skill set:

  1. Team coordination and communication skills

  2. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff

  3. A collaborative team player, self-motivated, pro-active

  4. Good customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

  5. Basic understanding of operational processes
