We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Beautician to provide professional facial and beauty treatments. The role requires strong technical skills, good hygiene practices, and the ability to deliver a pleasant and relaxing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform facial treatments (deep cleansing, hydration, anti-aging, acne care)
• Provide basic beauty services (eyebrow shaping, waxing, threading, etc.)
• Analyze customers’ skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments/products
• Ensure customer comfort and satisfaction throughout the session
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and tools
• Prepare equipment and products before each treatment
• Promote and upsell facial packages and skincare products
• Follow company SOPs and service standards

Requirements

• Certification in beauty therapy / skincare (preferred)
• Prior experience in facial treatments or beauty services is an advantage
• Knowledge of skincare products and skin types
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Sales-driven mindset (comfortable with upselling)
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
