岗位职责

  • Required to work permanent split shifts, i.e. 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM and 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
  • Responsible for handling perishable goods such as vegetables and fruits.
  • Able to assess and identify the quality of vegetables and fruits, including selection, rejection, and negotiation with suppliers.
  • Capable of managing and justifying pricing adjustments based on perishability and limited shelf life, and communicating all price changes, discounts, and special promotions to the relevant departments including cashiers.
  • Must possess good knowledge of cold room storage, inventory control, and stock management procedures.
  • Overall in charge of maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the entire operational area, including the cold room, packing area, and main sales walkway.
  • Customer service oriented with good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to oversee and manage the entire operation.
  • Must remain contactable at all times, with mobile phone on standby around the clock.
