NB. This role is a Commission-based role; the Salary Range I included is an average approximate based on past teammates’ earnings.

Overview

This role focuses on driving business growth through the acquisition of new clients for a range of wealth and financial products. As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying prospects, converting leads, and expanding the organisation’s market presence.

The position is sales-driven and requires managing the full client acquisition cycle, from initial outreach to successful onboarding.

A front-line, performance-driven role centered on client acquisition, requiring consistent prospecting, relationship building, and disciplined pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through channels such as cold outreach, networking, referrals, and online research
  • Qualify leads by assessing financial needs, capacity, and readiness to engage
  • Conduct detailed needs analysis to identify gaps and recommend suitable financial solutions
  • Present and position the company’s products effectively to prospective clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact through to closing
  • Meet or exceed defined sales targets and performance metrics
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and update activities in CRM systems
  • Build strong relationships with new clients to support retention and future opportunities
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies and industry regulations

Requirements

  • Strong sales and business development capabilities

  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and prioritise effectively
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets
  • Understanding of financial products and market dynamics (preferred)
