Job Qualification

• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Electronics, Electrical or Mechatronics engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the PCB manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Experienced in preparing, reviewing and verifying various reports as required.
• Knowledgeable in problem solving, root cause analysis & diagnosing faults.
• Possess good knowledge of new product introduction, project follow up and leading a team.
• Skilled in electrical troubleshooting, design coordination and cross-functional coordination.
• Proactive in identifying improvement areas and drives improvement initiatives in ensuring process and quality is comply with established standards.

Job Description

• To follow up project schedule to ensure the new model/product start smoothly no major problem.
• To ensure all related documents for new model/product are available before production start.
• Troubleshooting electrical process problem on major problem at production and give full proof solution either on design, material or process.
• Collect and analyze feedback problem related to electrical design; product design/part design and follow-up on designer at mother factory.
• Provide suggestion for improvement or production process for better productibility.
• Communicate and follow-up with designer at the mother factory on countermeasure of the major problem at production.
• To follow-up on electrical or process problem during m-trial, pilot run and mass production for solution and effectiveness of the countermeasure.
• To issue or get approval of new electrical parts accordingly.
• To liaise with Purchasing dept. and mother factory on new service parts.
• Provide technical support to Quality Section and production section where applicable.
• To cooperate with Purchasing Department and mother factory on cost down activities.
• To understand design concept and requirement of the performance for all product.
• Responsible in his/her subordinates activities toward achieving his group target and goal and actively involve in the future product development, also ensure that all the activity involve follow the procedure accordingly.
• To comply and participate in all ISO14001, ISO9001, ISM, COMPLIANCE and safety related activities.
• To comply to any additional responsibility as and when assigned by superior.

Pay: RM3,700.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
