General Description
Join our Network Management Team and make a difference in expanding our network for our customers to have more diverse options to send or receive money. We're looking for a self-motivated and innovative Partners Administration Analyst, to play a key role in coordinating and integrating new business and support our existing network of payout and sending partners. You'll have the unique opportunity of working with our global partners in different countries.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
API Integration & Maintenance
- Assist in integrating APIs between internal systems and external partners.
- Ensure smooth data exchange and connectivity across platforms.
- Monitor API performance and troubleshoot integration issues promptly.
Technical Support
- Provide first-level support for API-related queries from internal teams and external partners.
- Investigate and resolve API errors, connectivity issues, and data mismatches.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the development team when necessary.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation for API configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting steps.
- Ensure compliance with company security standards and regulatory requirements during integrations.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Conduct functional and regression testing for new API integrations and updates.
- Validate data accuracy and system behaviour after integration changes.
Collaboration
- Work closely with developers, product teams, and external vendors to implement integration solutions.
- Coordinate with operations and business teams to understand requirements and provide technical support.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor API health and performance using available tools.
- Prepare regular reports on integration status, issues, and resolutions.
Our Ideal Candidate
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in API integration, technical support, or related roles.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML data formats.
Technical Skills
- Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, or PHP).
- Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
- Understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Additional Advantage
- Experience with payment gateways or financial integrations.
- Knowledge of security protocols and compliance standards.

Join our Network Management Team and make a difference in expanding our network for our customers to have more diverse options to send or receive money. We're looking for a self-motivated and innovative Network Management Assistant, to play a key role in coordinating and integrating new business and support our existing network of payout and sending partners. You'll have the unique opportunity of working with our global partners in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Setup and Testing of new and existing partners in the companys system.( API integrations)
- System installation and Training to Rias partners on the use of Rias systems
- Manage the activation process of new partners and ensuring that the onboarding requirements are met from theOperational, Legal, Compliance, Finance and IT perspective.
- Provide support to existing partners by resolving incidences in a timely fashion both on the technical and the administrative side.
- Design and execute reports so a strong data manipulation skillset is recommended
- Keep update Rias database in regards to partners network data
- Quality Assurance: ensure all communication going out to B2B and B2C customers, as well as all information displayed in the online system is accurate and reflects reality.

- Here are the key qualifications: you’ll need to have 1-3 years of experience coordinatingprojects and conductingAPI integrations, be comfortable managing a process from A-Z and meet project deadlines. You'll need to have excellent communication skills in English. Any other language is a plus.
- The key characteristics you'll possess are a positive attitude, problem solving abilities, being proactive and able to work independently.
- Being knowledgeable about Web Service, REST API, XML, JSON, SOAP, and having a certification or college courses in a related field is highly preferred.
