What Your Impact Will Be:
Manage designated projects from concept initiation to product finalization within a dynamic and complex manufacturing vendor network, ensuring targets are met in terms of cost, schedule, quality, and capacity

Facilitate supply chain sourcing strategies by developing sourcing guidelines aligned with business requirements and product categories

Establish contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies by evaluating both technical and business risks

Lead cross-functional teams to develop strategic partnerships with external manufacturing vendors

Act as the primary point of contact throughout all phases - from demand planning to final delivery

Facilitate both commercial and technical negotiations to ensure vendor performance and compliance, while identifying opportunities for improvement

What We’re Looking For:
Degree in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Merchandising, or related disciplines

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or sourcing, preferably within toy manufacturing or consumer products industries

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, product costing, and vendor management

Solid business acumen with excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, negotiation, and project management skills

Result-oriented, well-organized, and proactive in approach

Strong command of written and spoken Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus

Willingness to travel to China and Southeast Asia as required
