If you are looking to grow in an exciting career filled with opportunities and potential, we are seeking a professional to join our team as Business Development Associate based in Melaka.

The Role:

• Optimize agency sales momentum through continuous support to assigned agencies to achieve production target and recruitment goal within assigned portfolio.
• Organize high impact events and activities virtually or physically to build up the recruitment momentum among the assigned agencies.
• Plan and execute product-based customized training and programs for agencies to enhance their awareness on the latest product development.
• Monitor performance of agencies with several ranks and building rapport with them to work closely for better production in solid business.
• Identify the challenges and support required by the assigned agencies and collaborate accordingly to ensure the desired results can be achieved.
• Organize ad-hoc events or special activities to boost up agency performance in term of production and recruitment.

The Person:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree and above in any discipline and/or related.
• Experience in a Business Development role within the insurance sector would be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellence in interpersonal, communication, networking skills to ensure a fast rapport building with agencies.
• High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
• Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
• The vacancy is available in Melaka.
