Job Description

• Provide daily IT support to employees and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, email systems, and business applications.
• Troubleshoot internet, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity problems.
• Manage IT assets including inventory tracking, device setup, and coordination with vendors when required.
• Administer user accounts, passwords, and access rights for staff onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain cloud storage systems and ensure proper organization and accessibility of company data.
• Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, antivirus checks, and data backup procedures.
• Assist in IT projects such as system setup, testing, deployment, migration, and user support.
• Prepare and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and technical support records.
• Ensure IT equipment and systems are functioning properly to support daily business operations.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support role.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience in installing and configuring computers, printers, and business applications.
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows operating systems, email systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently in a timely manner.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to support non-technical users.
• Responsible, team player, and willing to learn new technologies and systems.
