Role Description

The IT / Computer Science Intern will play a hands-on role in supporting and maintaining the company's technology infrastructure and providing assistance with various technical tasks. Responsibilities will include network administration, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining network security, and providing customer support to ensure smooth operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur, offering a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in the FinTech industry.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Security to monitor and manage our IT systems efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of Information Technology and a willingness to learn about FinTech solutions in-depth.
• Technical skills in Troubleshooting to identify and resolve software and hardware issues effectively.
• Excellent Customer Service skills to provide timely and professional support to internal teams and clients.
• Proactive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with emerging FinTech technologies and platforms is a plus.
