We are looking to hire a team of Programme Executives who will play an integral role in ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction for our Administration Services project with one of our main clients. The team will primarily be responsible for handling customer enquiries, maintaining records, providing admin and logistics support, and incident reporting and management.
Note: Those with leadership experience may be considered for an Assistant / Team Lead position.
Primary Duties:
- Assess and complete applications for Healthier Choice Symbol (HCS), Healthier Dining Programme (HDP) and Healthier Ingredients Development Scheme (HIDS) in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide guidance and technical advice to companies regarding programme guidelines,nutrient labelling / testing, recommendations for food item endorsements, application requirements (e.g. formula change) and filing in accordance with relevant guides and regulations
- Conductface-to-face and online meetings with client companies, and handle and documentall telephone, email and online enquiries on programme / grant processingmatters
- Liaise andmanage communications with client companies, main client and external partners
- Organise,maintain and update multiple databases / records and maintain the highest level ofdata accuracy and completeness
- Consolidateand extract relevant data for timely updates and monthly reporting
- Ensuretimely incident reporting and management including follow-up actions accordingto the Incident Management Framework
- Scheduleand perform on-site audits and collate audit forms for submission
- Consolidateclient feedback and escalate any complaints to Programme Manager
- Provide adhoc project-related support (e.g. support User Acceptance Testing, on-siteactivations, events support, etc.) and attend onboarding / refresher training asrequired
- Adhere to AKG Singapore, Project and Singapore Government guidelines,policies and procedures
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client information in accordance to PDPA requirements
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
- MinimumDiploma in Food Science and Nutrition, Food Science and Technology or Nutritionand/or Dietetics (candidates who have also completed the WSQ Food LabellingGood Practices course will be preferred)
- Minimumof 2 years' relevant experience in a client-facing, operational role (experiencein advising company clients / grant processing will be advantageous)
