Job Summary
We are seeking a Commis Cook to join our culinary team, assisting in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes while maintaining hygiene and food safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes to ensure consistent quality and taste according to restaurant standards
- Cook dishes under team guidance to maintain consistency and quality in food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen to ensure proper storage and compliance with food safety protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support smooth operations and ensure timely service delivery
- Monitor food quality during preparation and service to meet established standards
- Continuously learn and apply new cooking techniques and recipes to enhance culinary skills
- Work efficiently in a team-based, fast-paced kitchen environment to meet service demands
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Hold recognized culinary academic qualifications (advantageous)
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and passion for culinary excellence

- Work schedule: 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays, 44 hours per week
