Role Overview:

This role supports the day-to-day operations of tenant management and leasing activities, while assisting in basic marketing efforts to drive occupancy and engagement. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Our Client:

• Property & Facilities Management

• 5 Days, Office Hours

• Jurong West

• No experience needed, training is provided

Responsibilities:

• Leasing & Operations - Manage day-to-day tenant administration, including documentation and record keeping

• Prepare and process booking forms, tenancy agreements, and related documents

• Track tenancy agreements and ensure timely signing and submission by tenants

• Maintain accurate tenant records, including payments and ageing reports

• Coordinate with tenants and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

• Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and related sales documentation

• Marketing & Leasing Support - Support and coordinate property viewings and tenant enquiries

• Assist in creating and updating listings and marketing materials (e.g. social media posts, brochures)

• Manage and update company social media platforms and website content

• Provide administrative support for marketing campaigns and promotions

Requirements:

Minimum Higher Nitec / Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field

No Experience Needed, Training is provided
