MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To process orders (i.e., collating orders from different sales representatives, typing of orders, printing of production record accurately and correctly before production activities

2. To carry out the making of different dosage forms (e.g., creams and capsules) according to orders and relevant guidelines (e.g. USP guidelines)

3. To carry out packing and labelling as per company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

4. To check and verify information on dispensing records

5. To carry out simple quality checks (QC) for final products

6. To ensure that the orders are delivered in a safe and timely manner

7. To monitor and maintain inventory stock level of raw materials and packaging materials

8. To receive, unpack, and check raw materials and/or packaging materials against the appropriate documents, to ensure that items received are correct and accounted for

9. To assist in providing quality customer service via walk-in/s and phone call/s

10. Lead or represent collaborative projects involving laboratory product customisation

11. Any other duties assigned by the Managing Pharmacist

REQUIREMENTS

1. Possess Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, and full registration with Singapore Pharmacy Council

2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is an advantage

3. Excellent written and verbal customer service skills

4. Self-motivated, highly reliable and resourceful

5. Good team player, meticulous and service-oriented

6. Good interpersonal and communication skills
