Basic information:

• Monday - Friday, 7:45am - 5:30pm (Monthly rotating shift)

• Basic UP $4,200

• Location: North

Job scope:

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to meet production targets, quality requirements, and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate and manage production supervisors, operators, and staff to maintain smooth workflow and productivity.

• Ensure all operations comply with company procedures, work instructions, and ISO 9001 quality standards.

• Monitor production performance, identify operational issues, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.

• Optimize the use of manpower, machinery, and materials to maximize output.

• Maintain workplace safety, proper housekeeping, and correct equipment usage.

• Collaborate with internal departments such as Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, and Customer Service to support smooth operations and order fulfillment.

• Liaise with overseas counterparts when required to support production needs.

• Provide guidance and training to staff to improve skills, productivity, and work quality.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and supervise production teams while promoting teamwork and accountability.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and address performance or operational issues professionally and constructively.
