- Work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Conduct data analysis, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making.
- Support the implementation of business solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to monitor business trends and operational effectiveness. - Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability for reporting and analysis.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support business initiatives, identify insights, and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Translate complex data findings into clear presentations and actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes, automate workflows, and enhance data accessibility.
- Assist in the design, testing, and deployment of data and reporting solutions to support business operations and strategic goals.
- Monitor data quality and support governance initiatives to maintain compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
- Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities through statistical analysis and business intelligence tools.
- Support project planning, tracking, and documentation to ensure timely delivery of business and analytical initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, analytical methodologies, and emerging technologies to continuously improve business analysis capabilities.
