About the Role

Celebal Technologies is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Power Platform Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade digital transformation solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, Dynamics 365, and Azure integrations, along with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions. This role requires strategic thinking, technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on architecture experience across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Design end-to-end enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
• Define application architecture, data models, integration frameworks, and security models.
• Prepare technical design documents, architecture diagrams, ERDs, and deployment strategies.
• Ensure scalability, governance, compliance, and performance optimization across all solutions.

Technical Leadership

• Lead technical delivery teams and provide architectural guidance to developers and consultants.
• Conduct solution reviews, code reviews, and quality assurance assessments.
• Establish best practices for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support Center of Excellence (CoE) implementation and governance frameworks.

Stakeholder & Business Engagement

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, leadership teams, and clients to gather and analyze requirements.
• Translate business objectives into scalable and sustainable technical solutions.
• Participate in workshops, solution demonstrations, effort estimation, and project scoping activities.
• Provide technical advisory support during pre-sales and proposal engagements.

Integrations & Enterprise Platforms

• Design and implement integrations between Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure services, APIs, and third-party enterprise applications.
• Work with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and integration middleware when required.
• Ensure enterprise-grade security, authentication, and compliance standards are maintained.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
• Power Automate
• Dataverse
• Power BI
• Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio

• Strong understanding of:
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Azure Integration Services
• REST APIs and connectors
• Security models and environment strategies
• Licensing and governance frameworks

Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) preferred.
• Additional Microsoft Azure or Dynamics 365 certifications will be an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in enterprise application delivery and solution architecture.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Prior experience as a Power Platform Developer, Technical Consultant, or Functional Consultant is preferred.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum project environments.
