Job Summary

We are looking for a driven, hunter-minded Sales Manager to accelerate our growth in the banking and investment technology space. You’ll sell our banking and investment research platform to private banks, financial institutions, and professional investors, transforming complex fintech capabilities into strategic business value for clients.

Responsibilities

1. Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities in banking software to expand market presence and revenue streams

2. Lead end-to-end sales processes for core banking systems and investment research platforms, ensuring successful deal closure

3. Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with private banks, family offices, and wealth management firms to drive business growth

4. Utilize your established financial ecosystem network to build a robust sales pipeline and generate qualified leads

5. Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets through strategic sales planning and execution

6. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by delivering tailored fintech solutions that address their specific business challenges and objectives

7. Engage C-level executives with persuasive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to influence decision-making

8. Manage complex sales cycles independently, demonstrating self-motivation and results orientation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related fields

2. 3+ years of proven sales success in fintech solutions, including banking solution, wealth management, or investment research platforms

3. Strong knowledge of private banking and wealth management workflows to effectively align solutions with client needs

4. Experience selling to institutional clients and professional investors, demonstrating a hunter mindset with a track record of closing high-value software deals
