Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating daily site operations and administrative matters
• Prepare and maintain site records, reports, attendance, and related documentation
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, workers, and office staff
• Monitor work progress and update the Site Supervisor accordingly
• Assist in scheduling manpower, deliveries, and site activities
• Ensure proper filing and coordination of project documents
• Support workplace safety procedures and company policies
• Attend site meetings and assist with follow-up coordination works

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field
• Prior experience in site coordination, administrative support, or construction environment is preferred
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work at construction sites when required

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday

8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
