We are a bookshop supply chain seeking a proactive and energetic personnel to support our operations.
Operations Support
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative and operational support to ensure smooth business operations
- Prepare and process documents such as purchase orders, invoices, and payment advice
- Coordinate and monitor stock, stationery, and inventory supplies
- Assist in packing, checking, and distribution of items to outlets or departments
- Maintain proper filing and record management systems
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments on operational matters
- Support logistics coordination and event setup when required
- Perform general office duties and ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Responsible, meticulous, and team-oriented
- Prior administrative or operations experience will be an advantage
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of administrative/logistic experience
Energetic, independent, and shows initiative
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong organizational and communication skills
Working Hours & Location:
Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm, Ang Mo Kio
May require occasional Saturdays at year-end, depending on workload
