Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Plan and execute monthly marketing calendars across Instagram, TikTok, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize content for engagement and reach.
Content Creation
- Develop engaging content including social media posts, press releases, blogs, and marketing materials.
- Ensure all content enhances brand awareness, reputation, and aligns with brand voice.
Email & Campaign Management
- Coordinate newsletters, product launch campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Deliver consistent brand messaging through monthly newsletters and targeted campaigns.
Branding & Storytelling
- Communicate brand identity through consistent tone, visuals, and messaging
- Support new collection launches, events, and brand activations with compelling narratives.
Event & Campaign Participation
- Organize and participate in brand-related events, campaigns and promotions.
- Engage with target audiences to strengthen brand presence and loyalty.
Channel Optimization
- Identify and evaluate branding opportunities across ATL, BTL, and online channels.
- Maximize ROI by exploring innovative promotional initiatives.
Corporate Communication
- Draft and manage internal and external communications to maintain brand consistency.
- Plan communication schedules and calendars to ensure timely delivery of brand messages.
- Identify branding opportunities within corporate announcements, stakeholder updates, and leadership messaging.
- Craft compelling brand narratives that reinforce identity, values, and strategic direction.
Ad Hoc Brand Projects
- Contribute to special projects, campaigns or activations as needed.
- Be adaptable and proactive to ensure smooth brand execution.
