任职资格

Degree/ Diploma in Interior Design
2 years of working experience in sales and interior design & residential project
Creative, innovative, independent, self- motivated, discipline and good sense of responsibility
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to brief and meet client for design briefing and attend the client’s requirement
Required skills: AutoCAD, 2D & shop drawing, interiCAD or 3D Max / 2020/ Coohom
Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) is an added advantage

岗位职责

To identify, manage and acquire new sales leads.
Attend to homeowners/ customers / project inquires and close the sales.
To fully involve in design development stage with design team.
To provide full design consultation services to clients for residential project following the requirements of design and built service.
Responsible for design, drafting and conceptual design including all design presentation, perspective drawings and construction drawings as per client requirement.
To prepare BQ, quotation submission, sample board proposal to client.
To plan, co-ordinate and control project from site inception to completion.
Attend to project requirement on site visit, site measurements, site co-ordination and meeting
To ensure the project is completed on time, within budget and meeting quality standards.
Provide customer service and support to clients throughout the design and project delivery process
