Position: Sales & Export Coordination Executive

Location: Kuala Lumpur (Supporting our Melaka Health Food Factory)

Are you a high-energy coordinator who loves seeing a product go from a local factory to the global stage? Abrand Food Manufacturing, a leader in functional powder beverages (like NutriBrownRice), is looking for a Sales & Export Coordination Executive to be the "Control Tower" for our CEO’s office and international expansion. 

The Role: What You’ll Do

You will bridge the gap between our state-of-the-art Melaka factory and our global partners, ensuring no project or export lead is ever left behind. 

1. Project Coordination (The Control Tower)  

• Maintain the Master Project Tracker for key initiatives like *************, OEM projects, and major roadshows.
  
• Ensure CEO instructions are clearly communicated and executed across departments (Production, Food Tech, and Admin).
  
• Proactively escalate blockers to management before they become urgent problems.
  

1. Export & International Business Support  

• Manage communication with overseas importers and follow up on high-priority leads from international trade shows like THAIFEX.
  
• Coordinate export documentation, including Halal, ISO, COA, and product specifications.
  
• Liaise with the production team in Melaka to ensure export samples are prepared and couriered to international leads promptly.
