We are seeking a talented Admin Executive who will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth running of our client-facing operations. This full-time position is based in our Bundusan office. Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm and Saturday 8:30am to 12:30pm.
What you'll be doing
Providing administrative support to the sales team
Preparing and processing sales invoices, DOs
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
Handling client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
Performing other administrative duties as needed to support the overall business operations
What we're looking for
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
Proven experience in a similar sales support or administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of sales software or CRM systems is a plus.
