About the Role

The role involves preparing and delivering training for customers, partners, and public classes, ensuring smooth training delivery, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities：

• Responsible for preparing training for customers, partners, and public classes and make sure the training delivery smoothly
• Collaborating with various Partner, Government, universities, associations and third-parties for training programmes
• Managing our training partners for training delivery and resales
• Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans
• Acclimate internal employees to the business and conduct regular training sessions
• Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
• Manage training records and prepare training reports and analysis reports

Qualifications：

• 3+ years’ experience working within a high-growth, internet or IT company, understanding of cloud computing or AI industry.

Required Skills：

• Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
• Proven ability to master the full training cycle
• Fluent Bahasa is a must, strong English written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate good teamwork with members across regions under high pressure circumstances
• Motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented; Enthusiastic willingness to learn new technologies, strong pioneering and innovative spirit
• Data analysis skills to support monitor setup and result measurement
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel/SQL skills are highly preferred

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the cloud computing or AI industry
