Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Learning & Development / Leadership Development Manager. The role is responsible for shaping and driving organizational learning strategies, strengthening leadership capability, and enhancing overall workforce performance through structured development initiatives. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing learning frameworks, identifying leadership development needs, and overseeing training programs that support both individual and organizational growth. The position also involves managing development initiatives, evaluating learning effectiveness, coordinating internal and external training resources, and ensuring alignment between talent development strategies and business objectives. In addition, the role includes building leadership pipelines, supporting succession planning, developing learning materials and programs, monitoring training outcomes, and contributing to the continuous improvement of organizational capability and performance culture.
Qualifications
· Strong knowledge of Learning & Development and Leadership Development practices
· Familiarity with training strategy design, workforce development, and capability building
· Understanding of leadership competency frameworks and succession planning processes
· Ability to design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs
· Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
· Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems
· Ability to manage multiple development initiatives and training programs effectively
· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
· Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
· Good reporting, presentation, and program evaluation skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field
· Professional certifications in Learning & Development or Leadership Coaching are considered an advantage
· Ability to adapt to evolving organizational needs and development priorities
