This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role based in Kuala Lumpur. The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Primary responsibilities include the preparation of financial statements, monitoring cash flow, managing audits, and strategizing cost-efficient financial solutions to support the school’s growth objectives. The role also involves leading a team in managing accounts and ensuring timely reporting to stakeholders.

• Strong expertise in financial management, budgeting, and financial planning
• Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting
• Experience with compliance, regulatory standards, and auditing processes
• Leadership skills to manage and guide a team effectively
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA certification is an advantage)
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
