About the Role
We are looking for a driven and hands-on Marketing Executive to lead and execute our B2B marketing initiatives across digital campaigns, content marketing, branding, events, and partner co-marketing activities.
You will work closely with the Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to generate qualified leads, strengthen brand visibility, and support company's growth in the ERP and technology solutions market.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and sales pipeline
- Manage LinkedIn campaigns (organic & paid), Google Ads, email marketing, and digital outreach activities
- Create and publish marketing content including case studies, blog articles, whitepapers, newsletters, and social media content
- Manage website updates, SEO activities, and conversion optimization initiatives
- Maintain and grow the company’s social media presence and brand consistency across all platforms
- Organize webinars, customer events, and partner co-marketing activities
- Track and analyze marketing performance including leads, conversion rates, campaign ROI, and pipeline contribution
- Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure proper lead handover to the sales team
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors for campaign execution and branding initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in tech, SaaS, ERP, consulting, or IT services industries
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and CRM/marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Zoho
- Strong written English and content creation skills
- Basic design and presentation skills using Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar tools
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field
- Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
