Job Summary

AAT Training Hub seeks experienced trainers to deliver WSQ level equipment operations course training for adult learners in public and corporate settings, following WSQ and MOM standards.

Flexible full-time and freelance roles available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct theory and practical training sessions for adult learners
• Deliver training aligned with WSQ framework and MOM regulatory requirements
• Maintain training quality by applying safety protocols and compliance standards during sessions
• Support and administer assessments and practical evaluations to validate learner competence
• Prepare and manage accurate training documentation, attendance logs, and assessment records

Required competencies and certifications

• ACTA / ACLP certification (completed or in progress)
• WSH Level B (completed or in progress)
• Familiarity with WSQ framework and regulatory training requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience conducting WSQ courses
• Minimum 2 years of relevant training experience with adult learners
• Valid Forklift and/or MEWP (Boom Lift / Scissor Lift) certification
• Experience delivering corporate or in-house training
