  • Evaluate financial implications of strategic initiatives and changing operating conditions
  • Support long-term planning, budgeting alignment and performance tracking

M&A and Corporate Finance

  • Support end-to-end M&A activities, including both buy-side and potential sell-side transactions
  • Conduct financial due diligence, valuation analysis and synergy assessments
  • Build and review financial models to support investment decisions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors on transaction execution

Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Strengthen and streamline reporting processes to improve accuracy, timeliness and efficiency

  • Strong financial modelling skills and solid understanding of financial statements
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or equivalent)

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities
  • Professional certifications (e.g. CPA, CFA) will be advantageous
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as required

What's on Offer

  • Direct exposure to the CFO and senior leadership on strategic decision-making
  • Opportunity to work on both FP&A and M&A initiatives within a high-growth regional business
  • Broad exposure across regional operations and corporate development projects
  • Ability to shape and future-proof the finance function within a scaling organisation
