RESPONSIBILITIES
Produce, edit, and localize movie trailers, TV spots, promotional videos, and corporate content aligned with Shaw Organisation’s brand standards.
Manage the archival, quality control, and distribution of Digital Cinema Packages (DCPs) including trailers, feature films, and advertisements to ensure seamless playback across all cinema screens.
Manage content displayed on Shaw Theatres’ digital screens—including LED screens, video walls, box office screens, and digital poster boards—ensuring all content is displayed correctly and troubleshooting playback issues or coordinating with vendors and technical teams as needed.
Coordinate the preparation and delivery of digital assets for encoding, ensuring compliance with industry standards and optimal playback quality.
Design and develop video materials such as promotional animations, showreels, and movie trailer reels to support marketing initiatives.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to manage localization, file format conversions, and testing of client-provided materials to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.
Provide occasional support for cinema events and special screenings outside regular working hours, including content-related assistance.

Tech Savy and keen learner for display signage, post-production and content management systems.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
Familiarity with video and audio standards such as SMPTE and DCI is a plus.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Audition.
Creative mindset with enthusiasm for producing eye-catching and informative content.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Flexibility to support operational needs beyond normal office hours.
