Responsibilities
Join a growing e-commerce operations team and take the lead in managing daily warehouse fulfilment activities. If you have strong leadership skills and hands-on warehouse experience, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the fulfilment team, including training, daily operations guidance, and performance monitoring
Oversee warehouse operations such as picking, packing, shipping, returns, and inventory control
Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and service quality in daily fulfilment processes
Utilize warehouse systems / e-commerce platforms (e.g. e-Omni or similar WMS systems) to support operations
Coordinate with internal departments to manage stock discrepancies and returns processing
Enforce workplace safety procedures and conduct regular safety briefings
Identify process improvements and cost-saving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse / e-commerce fulfilment experience
At least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
Hands-on experience in picking, packing, shipping, returns, and inventory control
Familiar with WMS / e-commerce systems (e-Omni experience is a plus)
Good problem-solving and organizational skills
Comfortable using Excel and basic reporting tools
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
