Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all project drawings, including submission, revision, and distribution to ensure project alignment
• Verify drawings comply with project requirements, standards, and procedures to maintain quality and accuracy
• Track drawing revisions and archive obsolete drawings to maintain document integrity
• Serve as the central point of contact between consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site engineers for drawing-related issues
• Monitor drawing submission schedules and follow up on outstanding items to meet project timelines
• Support project teams by issuing the latest approved drawings for construction to facilitate smooth operations
• Review and coordinate architectural, structural, and M&E drawings to identify and resolve clashes and discrepancies.
• Maintain organized drawing registers and process
• Produce detailed 2D/3D GA, shop drawings, fabrication drawings and as-built plans using CAD, Tekla, and BIM/Revit software

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or relevant technical field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in drawings coordination or document control
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Tekla, Revit, and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
• Familiarity with construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
• Experience with document management systems
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication skills with internal teams and external parties
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
