Role Overview:
The Brand & Campaign Executive supports the Head of Department in planning, executing, and managing brand campaigns, with a strong focus on outdoor advertising and intellectual property (IP) licensing operations. This role ensures brand consistency, effective campaign delivery, and smooth coordination between internal teams, media partners, and licensing stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Planning & Execution
- Assist in developing and executing integrated brand campaigns, with emphasis on outdoor advertising (OOH, billboards, transit media, digital screens).
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
- Work closely with creative, media, and production teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations.
2. Outdoor Advertising Management
- Liaise with media teams, and vendors for booking, placement, and monitoring of outdoor advertising assets.
- Ensure all outdoor materials meet brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Track inventory, locations, and campaign durations for all OOH placements.
- Conduct site checks (physical or virtual) to ensure quality and visibility standards are met.
3. IP Licensing Operations
- Support the management of IP licensing agreements, including documentation, approvals, and renewals.
- Coordinate with licensees and partners to ensure proper usage of brand assets and compliance with licensing terms.
- Maintain records of licensed properties, contracts, and usage rights.
- Assist in identifying new licensing opportunities and partnerships.
4. Brand Governance & Compliance
- Ensure all campaigns and licensed materials adhere to brand guidelines and corporate identity standards.
- Review and approve creative materials in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Safeguard brand integrity across all channels and partnerships.
5. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as a liaison between the HOD and internal departments (marketing, legal, finance) as well as external partners.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiation support, briefing, and performance tracking.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the HOD as required.
6. Reporting & Administration
- Prepare regular reports on campaign status, budgets, and licensing activities.
- Maintain organized documentation for campaigns, contracts, and approvals.
- Support budget tracking, invoicing, and payment processes.
