We invite you to build the bank of the future. Innovate the way we deliver financial services. Work in friendly, supportive teams. Build lasting value in your community. Help people grow their assets, business, and investments. Take your learning as far as you can. Or simply enjoy a vibrant, future-ready career.

Your Opportunity Starts Here.

Role Overview

We are seeking a driven, mature, and customer‑centric Product Manager to lead EasiCredit, the bank’s flagship personal line‑of‑credit business. This role owns the end‑to‑end product mandate, independently translating strategy into execution and delivering sustainable growth across acquisition, utilisation, and credit performance. The successful candidate brings strong commercial judgement, deep customer insight, and a proven ability to turn data into decisive portfolio and product actions through close cross‑functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end‑to‑end strategy, P&L, and portfolio performance for EasiCredit, driving sustainable growth across acquisition, utilisation, credit quality, and profitability.
  • Develop and evolve the product value proposition by identifying customer segments, emerging needs, and market opportunities, leveraging customer insights, analytics, and competitive understanding
  • Drive continuous improvement of digital application and servicing journeys to improve conversion, experience, and scalability.
  • Translate customer, transaction, and behavioural data into actionable insights, designing targeted and personalized engagement strategies that are measurable and commercially impactful.
  • Provide strong risk, governance, and regulatory outcomes, working closely with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to ensure sound credit outcomes and audit readiness and timely responses to regulatory change.
  • Collaborate across internal teams (e.g., digital, marketing, analytics, risk and compliance, technology, operations) and external partners (e.g., merchants, service providers) to ensure timely and effective program or project delivery and customer issue resolution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • 6–8 years of experience in product management within retail banking, consumer lending, cards, or digital financial products.
  • Strong understanding of unsecured lending dynamics (credit, collections, regulations, affordability).
  • Experience in managing digital product journeys and leading cross-functional projects.
  • Solid analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

What We Offer

Competitive base salary. A suite of holistic, flexible benefits to suit every lifestyle. Community initiatives. Industry-leading learning and professional development opportunities. Your wellbeing, growth and aspirations are every bit as cared for as the needs of our customers.
