Job Responsibilities:

• To achieve KPI goals such as productivity value, quality yield, etc.
• Manage related customer visit, audit, etc.
• Manage machines spare parts and maintenances.
• Manage documentations such as work instructions, checksheets, etc.
• Drive initiatives to improve surface quality, reduce rejection rates, and optimize chemical usage and operating costs.
• Contribution of ideas in cost saving projects.
• Develop new plating / washing product and processes

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Chemical Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years work experience in surface finishing, electroplating or industrial washing.
• Responsible and reliable
• 5 days work (Monday to Friday: 8.15am - 5.30pm)
