• Perform coating operations in full compliance with company procedures and process control standards.
• Monitor and regulate the gas supply system to maintain consistent pressure, flow, and material delivery.
• Inspect the coating system’s functionality, including cooling water, air, exhaust, and supporting equipment.
• Operate and adjust coating machines, including tin bath entry/exit points and height settings.
• Manage key process parameters such as coating height, gas flow rate, pressure, and film transmittance.
• Conduct quality inspections, sampling, and film performance testing to ensure products meet required specifications.
• Prepare equipment and materials for coating production and verify operational readiness.
• Detect and report any irregularities in process or equipment performance, and follow emergency response procedures when necessary.
• Uphold workplace organization and cleanliness in accordance with 5S principles.
• Participate in shift handovers and team discussions to maintain seamless production continuity.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
• Execute coating operations in strict adherence to company standards, safety rules, and process control requirements.
• Monitor and manage the gas supply system to ensure stable pressure, flow rate, and material consistency.
• Inspect coating system performance, including cooling water, air, exhaust, and auxiliary equipment functions.
• Operate and fine-tune coating machines, including adjustments to tin bath entry/exit points and coater height.
• Control critical process parameters such as coating height, gas flow, pressure, and film transmittance.
• Perform quality checks, sampling, and film performance evaluations to confirm compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and set up equipment and materials to ensure smooth coating production readiness.
• Identify and report equipment or process abnormalities and follow established emergency procedures when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in line with 5S practices.
• Participate in shift handovers and team meetings to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
• Perform any additional tasks as directed by the management team.

Skills:

• Able to perform effectively in high-temperature environments and rotating shift schedules.
• Proficient in coating operation procedures and full system processes, including material feeding, coater entry/exit, cleaning, maintenance, exhaust control, sampling, and testing.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in any field.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic, integrity, and sense of responsibility.
• Good teamwork and effective communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn in a dynamic work environment.
• Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
