Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least minimum a Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Painter experience in the industry strongly preferred.
• Able to work on Saturday (OT)

Job Description:

• Supervise and support production operators during daily operations
• Ensure products meet quality standards and production targets
• Plan and assign daily tasks to production workers
• Monitor production progress and prepare basic production reports
• Conduct basic paint testing and check batch quality
• Ensure machines and equipment are ready before production starts
• Check material stock and update records in ERP system
• Assist in improving production efficiency and workflow
• Handle production defects and support troubleshooting activities
• Train operators on SOP, safety, and company procedures
• Ensure compliance with company rules, safety, and ISO standards
• Carry out other duties assigned by superior when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• plastic paint: 1 year (Preferred)
