Ringkasan Jawatan:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Executive to oversee a comprehensive range of financial operations within our company. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

- Overseeing the management of accounts receivable and accounts payable

- Handling payment entries, approvals, and documentation

- Conducting bank reconciliation processes

- Compiling monthly financial statements for the management

- Ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance with statutory requirements

- Managing deductions such as PCB, EPF, and EIS

- Coordinating tax-related issues for the corporation

- Ensuring proper management of the Director's tax affairs

- Liaising with banking institutions regarding company account management

- Collaborating with the company secretary and auditors concerning financial obligations and compliance

Kelayakan:

- Fundamental knowledge of Accounting principles is essential

- Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding basic English

Faedah:

- Competitive salary range of RM 3,500 – RM 5,500

5 Working days, Monday through Friday, from 9am to 6pm
