About the Role:
As a Retail Associate, responsible for creating and maintaining long-term relationships with customers to achieve sales goals. Represents the brand in a positive and professional manner to encourage recurring business. Assists customers in making informed choices by providing accurate product information and personalized service. Fosters a positive, engaging, and ethical working environment that enhances both customer satisfaction and team performance.

- Ensure store operations run smoothly
- Manage inventory and stock integrity
- Support reporting and documentation accuracy
- Develop product knowledge and skills
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service environment (luxury retail experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage confidently with customers.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent service.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance, representing the brand image at all times.
- Sales-driven with the ability to meet and exceed individual and store targets.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Able to perform basic operational tasks, including cashiering, stock handling, and visual merchandising.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems preferred.
