Title:
Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

Summary of the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and deliver digital transformation initiatives within the banking and financial services industry. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, business teams, and delivery partners to manage project execution, governance, risk, and successful implementation across complex banking projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, governance, risk, and issue management
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to define project scope, roadmap, and delivery milestones
• Monitor project progress, budget, dependencies, and ensure timely resolution of risks and issues
• Lead project meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery outcomes

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within banking, financial services, or fintech environments
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, governance, Agile methodologies, and delivery management
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or related project management certifications are an added advantage
• Mandarin or Cantonese proficiency is an added advantage and a must have either one

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM90,000.00 per year
