Independently understanding clients’ needs and business priorities to plan and recommend the appropriate XM methodology
Coordinate and facilitate internal resources and project teams for the flawless execution of projects
Collaborating with product managers and technical teams to align project scope with strategic goals.
Defining project roadmaps, technical milestones, and identifying process improvements.
Attend daily/weekly stand-up meetings, collaborate with your peers, prioritize features, and work with a sense of urgency to deliver value to your customers
Managing change control and Project Development plans ensuring good planning of implementation timelines & prioritization.
Leads communication on multiple projects, including leading discussions, updates, responding to queries and providing solution.
Your profile as an important player in our dedicated team:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in project management role, preferably related to technology or software development.
Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Professional experience in customer experience, customer feedback management, CRM, business intelligence, and management dashboards is desirable.
Experience with Medallia MEC and Qualtrics XM is preferred.
Strong level of curiosity and interest to learn
Very good understanding of processes, precise analytical work, communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong focus on solutions.
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Zoho and/or MS Project is beneficial.
Very good English language skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
