Job Summary
As a Technical Lead specializing in Spring Boot, you will play a pivotal role in managing technology within projects and providing critical technical guidance and solutions. Your expertise will guide the team towards enhancing their technical skills and ensuring adherence to best practices, ultimately driving project success and innovation within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Spring Boot Development, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.
2. Develop And Enhance Web Applications Using Spring Boot And Hibernate, Ensuring Efficient Integration With Existing Systems And Optimizing Performance.
3. Mentor And Support Team Members In Their Technical Growth By Facilitating Knowledge-Sharing Sessions And Providing Constructive Feedback On Spring Boot And Java Development Techniques.
4. Ensure Compliance With Development Processes In The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Technical Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Assessing Risks.
5. Prepare And Submit Status Reports To Stakeholders, Minimizing Exposure And Risks On The Project And Addressing Escalation Closures Effectively.
Skill Requirements
1. Strong Understanding Of Spring Boot And Its Ecosystem, Including Hibernate And Java.
2. In-Depth Knowledge Of Software Development Processes And Methodologies.
3. Solid Proficiency In Designing And Implementing Restful Apis Using Spring Boot.
4. Familiarity With Database Management And Orm Frameworks, Particularly With Hibernate.
5. Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Effective Team Collaboration.
Other Requirements
1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Spring Professional Certification, Java Se Certification.
