Role Overview

The Shift Lead is responsible for overseeing the Security Operations Centre (SOC) during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth operations, effective incident management, and adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SOC operations during assigned shifts
• Ensure all activities comply with established policies and procedures
• Support the Security Supervisor in daily operational matters
• Monitor and supervise security officers on duty
• Manage incident escalation and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain strong communication and manage client expectations professionally
• Conduct investigations and prepare accurate incident reports

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the security industry (Senior Security Officer / Supervisor level)
• Minimum Diploma qualification
• Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate and prioritise tasks effectively
• Experience in incident investigation and report writing
• Proficient in English (spoken and written) is a must

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
