Requirements

Job Scope

• Appoint as assistant/backup for Security Manager.
• Ensure all security protocol & practice
• Lead security operation; perimeter security & patrolling, badge management, alarm management & testing.
• Incident reporting and management for corporate security related incident.
• Manage security database by regularly updating Location Emergency plan (LEP), Location Risk analysis (LRA), Corporate Security Management Systems (CSCM), Corporate Security Incident Management (CSIM).
• Support security technology project and maintenance.
• Coordinate emergency requirements & response.
• Security personnel administration – attire & equipment, work ethics & policy, welfare, and health.
• Liaison with the security guarding vendor management team.
• Manages Malaysia Security Control Center (SCC) and Control Access System (CAS) operation, coordinating with Site Security.
• Supports Asean Intelligent Operations Control Center (IOCC) and CAS Operation, coordinating with Site Security.

Controlled Access system (CAS) Operations;

• Access management. – Configuring, enabling, disabling, Off boarding, 90 days validations (NRE, SAM).
• Health check – Badge, Alarms, Readers, defined parameters, reporting non compliances & educating others.
• History data management. – Purging, Archiving, Releasing as per policy
• Alternative CAS System – Identify, security approvals, periodic review & 30 days validation status.
• Identify, security approvals, periodic review & process followed . Monitor all SAM request approval and artifact the evidence for SAM validations .
• Publish monthly / quarterly / agreed MIS reports of the whole operation.
• Support Country/IOT/IMT Security teams during CMT-Crises on situational awareness, travelers, travel security, risks, incidents report etc.

Note - Additional tasks may be required depending on a case-to-case basis as needed.

Working schedule: 26-day work (45 hrs week)
